Double One-Way AGB Imperial Clout

Gents 180yds, Ladies & Juniors<21 140yds, Juniors<18 120yds, Juniors<16 100yds, Juniors<14 & <12 80yds

Enter age group according to age on 31st December 2025. You may shoot an alternative distance if you wish.

50+ Archers may shoot a distance down for 50+ Tassel Awards (but no medals/trophies and no UK Records).

Timing of ends: We will shoot in 2 details to Method 2 (6 arrows in 4 minutes).

Trophies for 1st places and Medals for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places for Ladies, Gents, Jnr Ladies & Jnr Gents for: Compound, Recurve, Barebow & Longbow at the standard distances shown above. No separate medals/trophies for 50+ distances.

Best Clout and Most Petticoats open to all.

This shoot is open to members of Archery GB or World Archery only. Please bring proof of membership (e.g. Archery GB Card). Refunds will not be available after the closing date unless the shoot is cancelled and are otherwise at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers. Late entries will be subject to space and Tournament Organisers discretion.

Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply. Only clothing in compliance with Rule 307 will be permitted. Blue Denim, Olive Drab and Camouflage are not allowed. Archer's names, manufacturers logos, club logos and sponsor logos are allowed. The only other wording or logos permissible must represent archery organisations.

The Tournament Organisers have the right to exclude any persons from the field for unreasonable behaviour. The Chairman of Judges is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times and the judge's decision is final and must be obeyed.

Any archer may be asked to complete a drugs test and must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers by signing the entry form.

Hot and cold drinks (50p) will be available in the pavilion. Buffet Lunch (£5) available if pre-ordered and pre-paid. Please note any special dietary requirements in the Comments box on the entry form.

There are toilets in the pavilion, and there will be a loo tent behind the tent line at the far end of the field.

Various information may be collected and shared with Tournament Organisers, Judges, scoring systems and other competitors. Target Lists and Results will be published online. Please find further details at www.southamptonarcheryclub.org/privacy

Any person, whether archer or visitor, intending to take photographs, either still or video, are required to register their intention with the Tournament Organisers. Entrants bringing visitors to the tournament are asked to make them aware of this requirement.

There are no designated walkways at this event that need to be kept clear; however, if you are asked to move equipment for access, please comply with the request promptly.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is ONLY permitted in the car park, not on the fields. Please do not leave cigarette ends or rubbish anywhere on the grounds.

Tents are permitted for this event and must be sited at least 5yds behind the Waiting Line.

All cars must be parked in the designated car park, no cars are allowed on the tournament field.

Please note in the Comments box on the entry form if you require a disabled parking space.

M27 heading East, leave at Junction 5 then take 1st exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.

M27 heading West, leave at Junction 5 then take 3rd exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.

At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and then take the 1st left onto Stoneham Lane. After about 600 yards, turn right immediately before the motorway bridge, signposted to Southampton Archery Club. Southampton Archery Club is about 600 yards on the left.
