Double York/Hereford: Please note we will be shooting ends of 6 arrows at a 122cm face all day. As the field is used for other sports, all arrows MUST be accounted for! Lost arrows should be reported to the judges who should also be advised when the missing arrows are found.
Individual Awards: Double round only. Trophy & medal to 1st place, medals to 2nd and 3rd places. Recurve, Compound, Barebow and Longbow.
Team Awards: Double round only. Mixed teams of 3 Recurve, 3 Compound, 2 Longbow or 2 Barebow. Trophies and medals for the winners, medals to the 2nd and 3rd place teams.
Juniors may enter this tournament but must shoot as seniors. There will be no separate junior awards.
This competition is open to individuals affiliated to Archery GB or a World Archery member association. Please bring proof of membership (eg Archery GB membership card). Refunds will not be available after the closing date unless the shoot is cancelled and are otherwise at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers.

Archery GB Rules of Shooting will apply. Only clothing in compliance with Rule 307 will be permitted. Blue Denim, Olive Drab and Camouflage are not allowed. Archer's names, manufacturers logos, club logos and sponsor logos are allowed. The only other wording or logos permissible must represent archery organisations.
The tournament organisers have the right to exclude any persons from the field for unreasonable behaviour. The Chairman of Judges is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all times and the judge's decision is final and must be obeyed.
Any archer may be asked to complete a drugs test and must comply. Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents/guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers by signing the entry form.
Hot and cold refreshments are available throughout the shoot. Tea/Coffee (50p) will be available all day. Bacon/Sausage Rolls (£2) will be available until 10am. We will also offer a hot or cold lunch, details available on the day.
Various information may be collected and shared with Tournament Organisers, Judges, scoring systems and other competitors. Target lists and results will be published online. Please find further details at www.southamptonarcheryclub.org/privacy
Any person, whether archer or visitor, intending to take photographs, either still or video, are required to register their intention with the Tournament Organiser. Entrants bringing visitors to the tournament are asked to make them aware of this requirement.
There are no designated walkways at this event that need to be kept clear; however, if you are asked to move equipment for access, please comply with the request promptly.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is ONLY permitted in the car park, NOT on the fields. Please do not leave cigarette ends and rubbish anywhere on the grounds.
Line tents are permitted for this event and must be sited in the marked areas. Line tents may be erected after 17:00 on Friday 12th April but access will not be available after 19:30. Southampton Archery Club cannot accept any responsibility for tents or equipment left on-site overnight. Please note, the range will be locked at 20:00 each night and you must be clear by that time.
All cars must be parked in the designated car park, no cars are allowed on the tournament field.
M27 heading East, leave at Junction 5 then take 1st exit at the roundabout signposted to The Concorde Club & Hotel.

At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and then take the 1st left onto Stoneham Lane. After about 600 yards, turn right immediately before the motorway bridge, signposted to Southampton Archery Club. Southampton Archery Club is about 600 yards on the left.
